1. Principles
haps, operated by NineThirty Co., Ltd. (the "Company"), does not tolerate child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. Related content and conduct are strictly prohibited, and upon becoming aware of them we respond with immediate removal, permanent account suspension, and reports to the relevant authorities.
2. Age Restriction
haps is a service that may be used only by persons 18 years of age or older (19 or older for residents of the Republic of Korea). We block sign-ups by minors through date-of-birth verification at sign-up, and accounts found to have misstated their age are immediately restricted from use.
3. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Creating, storing, sharing, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Any content or expression that sexualizes minors
- Any exploitative conduct toward minors, including grooming, luring, and threats
- Content in a sexual context involving persons who appear to be minors
4. Reporting
haps provides a report feature on all content, profiles, and chats within the app. Reports related to child safety are reviewed with the highest priority. Outside the app, reports can also be made to the designated contact below.
5. Actions and Cooperation with Authorities
Upon becoming aware of CSAM, the Company immediately removes the content and permanently suspends the related accounts. Evidence is preserved in accordance with applicable laws, and the Company reports to and cooperates with investigations by law enforcement and relevant agencies in the Republic of Korea as well as relevant authorities abroad (such as NCMEC, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, in the United States).
6. Legal Compliance
The Company complies with the laws of the Republic of Korea, including the Act on the Protection of Children and Youth against Sex Offenses, and with the child-safety laws and regulations of each region where the Service is provided.
